*All participants in Culinary Arts Community classes should wear pants, close toed shoes, and have long hair tied back in order to enter the Culinary facility. The age range for kid’s classes is 8-12. If a child is brought to a class and looks significantly younger than the age range they will be turned away. Thank you, for observing our policies. *

Kid's Junior Chef Camp Age 8-12 Price: $190
Join us for an exciting 3-day cooking adventure where young chefs will learn to prepare delicious and simple breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes! This hands-on class is designed for kids to have fun while building confidence in the kitchen. Over three days, our mini chefs will discover new flavors, practice safe cooking techniques, and create meals they can share with family and friends. ***Parent is required to attend all three classes with their junior chef.
Day 1: Southern Breakfast Bonanza!
Kids will learn how to make Southern classic favorites like fried chicken and waffles, loaded cheesy hash brown casserole, a whipped honey compound butter.
Day 2: Bistro Lunch Creations
On Day 2, it’s all about lunch! Young chefs will get creative with fun lunch ideas like a delicious croque madam, a strawberry spinach salad with candied nuts, and decadent lemon bars
Day 3: Dinner Delights:
The grand finale features dinner dishes that are easy to make but full of flavor. Kids will prepare beef fajitas, elote, avocado lime crema, and churro funnel cakes. By the end of Day 3, they’ll have a full menu of tasty meals they can proudly recreate at home!
- Perfect Steak Price: $50
Join us and learn to select the perfect steak which focuses on marbling, steak cuts, fats to protein ratios and the right steak for the right method of cooking. Other topics include time and temperature control to achieve the perfect steak; the difference between dry and wet aged beef; meat grading (Prime, Choice or Select); and the difference between grass fed and grain fed cattle. Participants will prepare the following steak cuts: Cast iron REVERSE-seared Ribeye Steak and Homemade Steak Sauce, Quick Marinated Grilled Flank Steak with an Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce, accompanied by-an overstuffed Twice Baked Potato.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of Italian-inspired cooking, where you'll learn to prepare a delicious array of dishes that are perfect for entertaining. We will start with homemade marinara sauce and pesto sauce and move on to fried calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and finally, an artisan spinach and artichoke flatbread. From sauces to savory bites, you’ll master essential cooking techniques and discover how to elevate your meals with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
